Roxana, born of Puerto Rican decent, always stays humble. She uses this to remain customer service focused when running marketing events. Coming from a “not so wealthy background and dealing with many struggles along the way” is what makes her such an influential leader and Account Manager. After her promotion, she plans to go back to veterinary school so she can help sick animals on the side.
