Born in Knoxville, TN, Randy moved to Pasadena, CA to attend Pasadena City College, where he studied general business, developing many high value skills in team development and company management. Randy was also involved in football, allowing him to foster characteristics as a disciplined athlete and determination as a leader.

Randy credits the rapid growth of his business to his hard work and dedication. He lives by principles such as delivering straight up the middle, attacking each goal head-on and letting nothing stand in his way.

This small town Oklahoma girl has a broad background. After graduating with Honors, Sommer attended Oklahoma State University and University of Central Oklahoma, double majoring in Theatre Education and Public Relations. She was a cheerleader, basketball player, and thespian over her 5 years collegiate education. After teaching Theatre at an Arts Academy for seven years, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting, playing roles in various television shows and films. She began her Public Relations career with White House Marketing in September of 2013. In her spare time, she still performs in plays and commercials.

ElodieHR Assistant

 

“Bonjour!” From France to Alabama to California, Elodie has worked for White House Marketing for quite some time now with a small gap. The gap was the cause of a beautiful baby girl born on Christmas Day. Outside of being an amazing mom, Elodie always strives to be the hardest and most efficient worker in the room. She learned also from watching her brother, Nicolas, manage his own chain of restaurants in Europe. Being a model taught her about self-marketing, branding and promotions. Her Bachelor’s degree from University of Alabama taught her about the back end of Advertising. This well-rounded education in marketing makes her great at finding quality future employees at White House Marketing and will help her to reach her goal of becoming a cover model soon.

NicoleAdministrative Assistant

Never caught without a smile and peppy attitude, it is no doubt that Nicole has a background in cheerleading.  She cheered for her local high school as well as on an All-Star team.  Nicole carries that personality as she greets people and performs work tasks.  She’s driven and motivated to help others and grow with the company. She’s always leading by honest example – living out Socrates’ quote of “the unexamined life is not worth living”. In fact, Nicole says, “Being a team player is something I make sure to keep as a priority for myself and those around me. With hard work and motivation, a team can far outshine an individual effort with coordination and unity.” Nicole is always doing backbends to help others. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys books, cross-stitch, karaoke-watching, and visiting wineries.

AshleyAccount Manager

As a lead singer of opera and musicals, Ashley knows that talent and hard work are must-have ingredients of a great leader. She was born and raised in the small community of Fallbrook. With opera and musical theatre being a rare point of interest for most children, Ashley has always been a composer of her own future. Growing up with an amazing family, she is headstrong and goal driven for hunger and opportunity. More than anything, Ashley seeks to be happy and impose the skills she learned the hard way onto her team with little stress. Ashley still has many steps to take but is, no doubt, an amazing future business partner. Brava, Ashley, Brava!

 

GeorgeAccount Manager

George was born in Alexandria, Egypt, yet raised throughout the Inland Empire. Coming from the Egyptian culture, George cherishes family, education, and thrill-seeking. Outside of family time, George balances school at CSU-Fullerton (Public Relations Major) and working at White House Marketing full time. In his spare time, he enjoys sky-diving and looks to experience wing-suiting sometime in the near future. With his upbringing and work ethic in place, George will be a great future business partner.

 

MalcolmAccount Manager

Malcolm has been with White House Marketing for a short time; however, due to back-to-back promotions made it to Account Manager status rather quickly. He looks to Les Brown and John Maxwell often for inspiration and motivation because of their success and mindsets. Another person that inspires Malcolm is his wife of 22 years for her determination to make her dreams a reality. Along with the knowledge he has gained here with marketing systems, he attended college and a school of ministry here in California and uses that education to propel himself and his team forward. Ministry-led and success-driven, Malcolm continues to provide his team with the optimistic feedback and integrity that led him to his promotion of being an Account Manager.

AnthonyAccount Manager

 

As a former Carnegie Hall performer, Anthony puts passion into everything he puts his mind to–always to leave things better than when he found them. As a singer, musician, and performer, Anthony is very well-traveled. He was born in Wyoming, raised in New Mexico, attended University of Arizona, and finally landed in Southern California. Traveling and performing experience has created an uncanny characteristic in Anthony to adapt to any surrounding right away. His goal is to build a business with integrity and creating a two-way street of respect for co-workers. His business will thrive because of his dedication to helping others succeed–a concept he picked up from reading how Ben & Jerry became internationally respected. Anthony does everything with the upmost integrity, honesty, and creative personality. For these reasons, Anthony is an amazing Account Manager!

DarionAccount Manager

University of Alabama track star, Darion, recently moved to California with his wife. With his impeccable work ethic and his knowledge of team sports, Darion implements that coaching, training, and competitive drive into any meeting and conversation. To speak to Darion is very encouraging and motivating. He has been a supervisor and leader of many track teams. He recently became a proud father of a baby girl. His goal, outside of taking care of his family, is to stay focused, empathetic, and become the next business partner of White House Marketing!

 

StevenAccount Manager

This local graduate, Steven, has been in several positions that never followed through on the promises of growth and advancement in their companies. So, when he started with White House Marketing, he was a bit skeptical. After WHM’s Owner went out of his way to have a conversation with him and his family, Steven saw the sincerity and integrity within the company. His dream has always been to own a business. He knew that working the systems in his favor would help him to reach these goals. Steven’s hobbies include video games and shooting hoops in his free time. But, staying honest and truthful is the only thing he focuses on when it comes to business and growing within the company.

 

MatheoAccount Manager

Born and raised in Bolivia, Matheo started his journey to the United States to pursue a BA in Marketing from California State University-Fullerton. Soon after graduation, he began working at White House Marketing. Tying a record for fastest first two promotions, Matheo hasn’t lost sight to what drives him–ethics, faith, and personal management. Matheo looks up to those who have these same characteristics in business, so that he may obtain business ownership sooner rather than later. His social skills, drive, and focus are what make others want to follow in his footsteps as an Account Manager!
