Born in Knoxville, TN, Randy moved to Pasadena, CA to attend Pasadena City College, where he studied general business, developing many high value skills in team development and company management. Randy was also involved in football, allowing him to foster characteristics as a disciplined athlete and determination as a leader.
Randy credits the rapid growth of his business to his hard work and dedication. He lives by principles such as delivering straight up the middle, attacking each goal head-on and letting nothing stand in his way.

This small town Oklahoma girl has a broad background. After graduating with Honors, Sommer attended Oklahoma State University and University of Central Oklahoma, double majoring in Theatre Education and Public Relations. She was a cheerleader, basketball player, and thespian over her 5 years collegiate education. After teaching Theatre at an Arts Academy for seven years, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting, playing roles in various television shows and films. She began her Public Relations career with White House Marketing in September of 2013. In her spare time, she still performs in plays and commercials.
Born and raised in California, this fashionista shows true heart in everything she sets her mind to. She attended college in Los Angeles, focusing on fashion design. Her biggest inspiration to join the White House Marketing lies within giving back. White House Marketing is always doing charity events and her eyes brighten up when talking about her experience with the Metropolitan Fashion Week and Autism Speaks. Obviously she enjoys fashion, shopping, and styling others. This undercover tomboy played every sport you could imagine so she fits in with the other sports-minded marketing personnel here. Picking up philosophies, strategies, and values from different fashion entrepreneurs including June Ambrose. She looks to her for inspiration because she started out at an investment company to teach herself about business and fashion. Tanisha utilizes her inspiration and skills to start her own fashion line, “ready to wear”.
Alexandria has only been with White House Marketing for a short period; however, her student mentality in learning the business pushed her to getting promoted to Account Manager status in that short time. Alex graduated from Drexel University in 2017, studying Entertainment Arts Management and Business Administration. Her quick success came from studies and business leaders like JK Rowling. Her favorite quote is “Ambition is the path to success; persistence is the vehicle you arrive in.”, which mirrors JK Rowling’s business experience in providing submissions to 12 publishers before getting someone to say yes. Alex uses those value-based leadership strategies like respect, wisdom and leading by example in team development. She looks for these values in her team’s progression.
Gisha was born into the entrepreneur lifestyle. Her father, who she is most inspired by, has owned his own business for many years. Knowing the education and job opportunity she could have in the United States is the reason she moved from Mauritius (a small French island). She attended the University of Washington, obtaining a degree in Business. From a young age, she learned the importance of balancing vision and execution–otherwise, Gisha would always be in a follower position. She is obviously, very well-traveled, learning from leaders across 23 countries. Her impeccable student mentality and professionalism propels her into a great future business partner.
Janette was built with the work ethic of an athlete—running track and hurdles for several years. Balancing school, life, and being in a management position reflects her professionalism and drive. She draws inspiration from people like Will Smith and Socrates—both people have used positivity in the new age and contemporary eras. Her outlook on life is perpetuated by always applying pressure to herself and having internal dialogue to talk herself through hurdles and reaffirm her position. Self-affirmation and team inspiration make Janette the powerhouse of an Account Manager she is.
Malcolm has been with White House Marketing for a short time; however, due to back-to-back promotions made it to Account Manager status rather quickly. He looks to Les Brown and John Maxwell often for inspiration and motivation because of their success and mindsets. Another person that inspires Malcolm is his wife of 22 years for her determination to make her dreams a reality. Along with the knowledge he has gained here with marketing systems, he attended college and a school of ministry here in California and uses that education to propel himself and his team forward. Ministry-led and success-driven, Malcolm continues to provide his team with the optimistic feedback and integrity that led him to his promotion of being an Account Manager.
Roxana, born of Puerto Rican decent, always stays humble. She uses this to remain customer service focused when running marketing events. Roxana was working a typical 9-5 job in Florida and decided to make a HUGE move. She loves people and is very family-oriented; so, she packed up her car, drove across the country to be close to her sister in California. She drove out to California in search of a career and life change. This motivated drive makes her such an influential leader and Account Manager. After her promotion, she plans to go back to veterinary school so she can help sick animals on the side.
Coming from a nursing background, Rafael has worked in many environments–whether it is a customer service, patient satisfaction, or business field–and always strives to make others happy. He obtained his CNA and RNA licenses from local colleges to remain in Southern California. Rafael uses his background to analyze the perceptions of people on his team and customers and diagnose every problem. With a welcoming smile on his face EVERYDAY, Rafael plans to do whatever it takes to build a business with the clients White House Marketing has obtained over the years. His independence, strength, and happy demeanor change lives on a daily basis. He instills this into anyone on his team.
This big-time Laker’s fan, husband of 21 years and father of three has become an excellent addition to the White House Marketing team. This along with his love for helping people, not only drive him towards promotion, training people properly and helping consumers. Robert has always had corporate-style “on the job training” experience, which kept him in the same type of position for decades. Robert stated, “This opportunity is like no other I have ever come across!” As an Account Manager, Robert holds tight on his promise to lead by example. This is the philosophy that makes him a great father, husband, and a fantastic Account Manager at White House Marketing.
