White House Marketing shows support for Cystic Fibrosis Fighters and attends OC Great Strides Walk

White House Marketing continues to show support for those fighting different illnesses; and, Cystic Fibrosis is a major life-threatening disease. To bring in awareness for this critical disease, representatives attended OC Great Strides Event.

Press Release (ePRNews.com) – CORONA, Calif. – May 31, 2017 – “One of our employees came to me stating that her friend’s daughter has been fighting Cystic Fibrosis for almost ten years and they are doing a walk for donations in Oklahoma,”declared Randy W., the president of White House Marketing. “Knowing that we wouldn’t be able to fly everyone to Oklahoma for the walk, I decided to send representatives to Huntington Beach Great Strides so we could indirectly help this little girl, Kaitlyn.”

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-threatening genetic disease that ravages the lungs and digestive system. Many CF fighters spend most days medicated and masked. Because of the attack on the immune system, it is very easy for CF fighters to become violently ill from the common cold. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is the leading contributor to finding a cure and modern medicines that can help to provide relief for CF fighters.

Great Strides in Huntington Beach was held on May 21st in Orange County. The event was to raise money for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. All of the vendors were volunteers from major corporations who donated. BJ’s Steakhouse provided pizza to all those in attendance. Water and hand sanitizer was provided by Walgreens and other companies. Orange County Fire Departments brought fire trucks for the children to get inside. Several popular singers showed up to donate their time and talent and show their support for the CF fighters.

Great Strides has events all over the nation throughout the year. Small donations are just as important as those making large donations. Every little bit helps. This particular event raised $338,926. The Oklahoma City Great Strides event (held on May 13th) raised $107,894. All donations go directly to finding a cure and new developments in technology to attack this terrible disease.

Recognizing Kaitlyn Callahan: Kaitlyn Callahan was diagnosed with CF when she was an infant. “I remember the day when I found out…here I come Google. I tried to find out everything I could to try and understand what my friends were going through. Over the years, they’ve had so many scares and so many weeks in hospitals. But, what amazes me most is that this little girl is so grateful for every happy breath she takes. A local news station did a story on her and she was holding up a peace sign with all kinds of wires and tubes connected to her body…if people were half as happy as this little girl…(smiles)…. Kaitlyn turned 10 years old on May 30th. And, all of her family and friends are blessed for another year. Happy birthday, Kaitlyn! #SaltyKat” said a close Callahan friend that works for White House Marketing in Corona.

White House Marketing supports Epilepsy Awareness and Autism Awareness

CORONA, CA White House Marketings president is an avid supporter of bringing awareness to different charities for those suffering with different disabilities, challenges, and handicaps.

“Everyone knows someone—whether a family member or friend—that suffers from some type of illness,” declared Randy W., the president of White House Marketing. “I think its important to know your employees and know what is important to them.”

Purple Day is celebrated annually on March 26th. Although November is Epilepsy Awareness Month, every year countries all over the world come together to spread awareness on people who suffer with epilepsy. It is estimated that one in every 100 people suffer from epilepsy, which is approximately 50 million people worldwide.

The teams of direct marketing representatives and managers have an opportunity to see thousands of people each day. As he put it, “There may not always be an event for all our offices to attend; but, by wearing a simple ribbon, it draws curiosity about epilepsy awareness to those masses.”

It was not a requirement to wear a purple ribbon on March 26th; an employee started participating in it years ago. “People would ask her every March 26th ‘what is the ribbon for?’ continued Randy. “Now, years later, every single person—without being asked to—wore a ribbon on March 26th.”

White House Marketing representatives attend Walk In The Vines for Autism

April is Autism Awareness month. On April 2, 2017, several White House Marketing representatives attended Walk In The Vines for Autism. This event is held each year in Temecula, California. WHM representatives enjoyed the beautiful two mile walk, hot air balloons, and scenic views of Temecula’s Wine Country at the annual walk. According to the coordinator of Walk In the Vines for Autism, approximately 1,000 walkers were present and about 50,000 dollars was raised to go towards families with an Autistic person in the household.

Walk In The Vines for Autism is coordinated by Our Nicholas Foundation. Our Nicholas Foundation was started by a local family whose son, Nicholas was diagnosed with autism at a young age. So, his parents started Our Nicholas Foundation to promote Autism Awareness and provide support for families and programs for those diagnosed with Autism. One representative stated, “It is an honor to be a part of a company that has such a good heart. As the father of an autistic son, many companies don’t understand the struggles that go along with inabilities to communicate with your only child. Knowing that Foundations like Our Nicholas Foundation works to help families like mine…well, it touches my heart; I’m so proud to be attending this event today.”

White House Marketing, Inc. Creates a Team of Leaders

You’ve surely heard the adage that you’re only as strong as your weakest link. While the saying applies to many circumstances, we at White House Marketing, Inc. believe it’s particularly important in the context of business. Unless every member of your team is driven and fully engaged, your company is at substantial risk of failure. With that in mind, our professionals at White House Marketing, Inc. present the following tips for building a winning team:

Hire Smarter People: The individuals you hire should be smarter than you. You may be in charge, but you certainly don’t know it all. Gathering a group of people with expertise in various areas will effectively widen your range of knowledge. Ideally, weaknesses should be offset by strengths, and vice versa.

Create Your Culture: At White House Marketing, Inc., we advise you to develop a clear idea of how you plan to define your company’s culture. You might want to fill it with integrity and innovation, for example. Keep these values in mind as you interview candidates, because the people you hire constitute the essence of your organization’s culture.

Nurture a Work Family: You are likely to spend significantly more time with your team than with your own family – at least for a while. That’s why you should facilitate trust, confidence, support, and bonding among everyone.

Your team is the backbone of your business. Leverage these strategies to build a solid one.

White House Marketing Suggests Working With New Teams

At White House Marketing, we believe that our work routines might hold us back from achieving great things. Sticking with the same methods and working with the same team on a continual basis may lead to stifled creativity and a lack of motivation. Here are a few ways that we at White House Marketing think that working with a new team can enhance your output:

• Gaining a New Perspective: If you work with people from other departments, this will help you view your company as one unified organization. Overcoming the notion that each department has its own territory will boost everyone’s effectiveness.

• Improving Teamwork: Staying in your comfort zone leads to recycled ideas. Therefore, do your best to work with people outside of your established network. This will bring unique ideas and talents to the surface, and it might encourage your company to partner with other firms on more significant projects.

• Seeing the Big Picture: When you have worked with other teams and interacted with people in other firms, you will understand how people with diverse talents can collaborate to achieve similar goals. Armed with that knowledge, you will be able to make adjustments to the way you work with others on a daily basis.

Our team at White House Marketing encourages you to stretch beyond your comfort zone and work with different people. It will deliver positive benefits to your company’s productivity and to its bottom line.

White House Marketing on the Future of Brain Science

We are always interested in medical breakthroughs here at White House Marketing. One development that has caught our eye involves a new technology which was created by a Harvard chemist that could change neuroscience forever. This is an incredible breakthrough, and we would like to share it with you.

The remarkable process that Charles Lieber has devised involves constructing a tiny fishing net out of threads that conduct electricity. This net has tiny sensors across its entire surface which can be put in place with a regular-sized needle, which might be the biggest advantage of Lieber’s invention. Once in place over the top of the brain, the mesh device unfurls and shifts with the brain in a very natural and comfortable manner. After it’s installed, this electronically-enabled mesh can send diagnostic information quickly and easily.

Not only does Lieber’s creation ease access to the brain, it also has an ingenious way of getting around the body’s tendency to reject foreign bodies. Because it’s so soft and slender, the mesh contraption has been accepted easily thus far in the mice on which it’s been tested. We at White House Marketing are excited to see how the technology will translate to human brains, and we will be following any related developments.

We hope that you find this news to be as inspiring and promising as we do here at White House Marketing. The idea that we can easily access and better understand our brains seems almost too good to be true, but it appears to be a reality. Neuroscience could be on the verge of an incredible transformation.

White House Marketing Reminds You to Be Selfish

Here at White House Marketing, we believe that many professionals don’t reach their career goals because they are too nice. We don’t mean to say that you shouldn’t treat people with respect and kindness, but you must look out for yourself if you want to achieve your loftiest ambitions.

When you spend too much time focused on helping other team members, your own career goals may get lost in the shuffle. We at White House Marketing are not suggesting that you should hinder the progress of others, but when your team’s goals come before your own, you risk getting left behind. That’s why we endorse the notion of a career strategy and we encourage you to create one for yourself.

One of the best ways to ensure that your work aligns with your career plan is to identify an opportunity for yourself in every task that you perform. You will be amazed to discover how many opportunities are present in almost every project. Whether it allows you to stretch your professional skills, step into a leadership position, or delegate to others, each task presents an occasion for you to develop your abilities and to advance toward your career goals.

By figuring out what’s in it for you every time you adopt a new task, you will be able to draw closer to your professional ambitions. It might seem selfish at first, but we at White House Marketing believe that you must overcome being nice and you should grasp opportunities wherever you find them.

TUCSON, AZ – White House Marketing, Inc.’s president discussed the firm’s relocation to a new region, and announced a hiring push to accommodate changing and growing needs resulting from the transition.

“White House Marketing, Inc. operates from a growth framework,” said Randy W., the firm’s president. “Everything we do is motivated by a desire to improve and excel. This focus on the future has led to a booming business, and a decision to secure an office in a new market.”

As Randy explained, White House Marketing, Inc., recently relocated to California to introduce brands to the market there. He noted that a great deal of planning and preparation was involved in the decision to move.

“My colleagues and I addressed issues such as budgetary needs, capabilities, and available resources,” Randy stated. “We also considered how our new geographic market would be similar to and different from the old one. This helped us determine what, if any, changes we would need to make to our operations. Of course, we also assessed the competition in the area. After some deliberation, we determined that relocation would be the next step in the growth of our firm.

Leadership at White House Marketing, Inc. Is Expanding Team to Support New Market Needs

According to Randy, the White House Marketing, Inc. team is looking forward to the new challenges. “We’re also seeking fresh talent to help us meet rising brand needs,” he continued. “I’m creating a new training curriculum for those who join us, as well as for those who expand into new markets in the future.”

The firm’s president elaborated on his ideas for his new educational initiative. In accordance with the standing focus on growth, Randy confirmed that the program would allow for personalized attention to ensure that all new hires would have the support needed to thrive.

“All recently hired team members will be paired with a more experienced individual,” Randy concluded. “The training will be rigorous, because I want everyone to develop a thorough understanding of every detail of the business. Doing so will enable them to flourish in the industry. After completion of this regimen, however, my team members will continue to learn. Professional development sessions will take place on a monthly basis. As a leader, the success of my people is incredibly important to me. I can’t wait to see all they accomplish, and I hope anyone who would like to join us will visit us online.”

White House Marketing, Inc. Boosts Happiness

We all want to be happier, right? This isn’t to say that everyone is miserable. It’s just that gratitude and joy never get old or boring. Here at White House Marketing, Inc., we’re always seeking new ways to enhance our happiness. Fortunately, there is plenty of scientific research to guide us. Here are some proven techniques to bring quality to your life:

Immerse Yourself in Culture: Visit a museum, see a play, or try some ethnic cuisine. One expansive study found that engaging in cultural activities lowers depression and anxiety while raising satisfaction.

Keep a Diary: At White House Marketing, Inc., we discovered that journaling every day will allow you to record the joyful moments in your life. Whenever you’re having a bad day, you can feel uplifted by reviewing what you’ve written.

Listen to Sad Music: This may seem counterintuitive, but listening to sad songs will allow you to release your melancholy feelings. Research indicates that this activity provides catharsis and consolation.

Invest in Experiences: People like to buy things because things are tangible. However, while nice, material possessions aren’t what really matters. Invest your experiences into making memories. Take your family camping instead of shopping, for instance.

Time at the theater, a diary entry, a sappy song, and a picnic in the park can go a long way in creating more joy in your life. Take these suggestions from White House Marketing, Inc. and earn more happiness.

White House Marketing, Inc. on Loyalty

Workers have more options than they once had, which allows them some discernment when it comes to where and how they work. As such, employers no longer wield as much power. They must make greater effort to ensure their teams’ needs are met and that they remain engaged. According to our leaders at White House Marketing, Inc., this means managers must earn the loyalty of their people by maintaining rewarding office cultures.

There are two primary areas on which to focus when building such an environment. One pertains to collaboration and cooperation. It’s up to you to make sure relevant information is shared freely and clearly throughout your organization. In addition to a high level of transparency, most decisions and problems should be addressed using a consensus-based approach. This way, everyone will know they are valued members of the whole, and that their opinions and input matter.

At White House Marketing, Inc., we understand community and contribution to constitute the other primary area of focus in a healthy work atmosphere. People want to make a difference in others’ lives. They want their work to benefit consumers, for instance. They also care greatly about improving their communities. This makes giveback a must in any company culture.

Developing the kind of workplace that will ensure employee loyalty requires substantial investment. Without these fundamental aspects of a supportive environment, however, any effort you make will crumble. We at White House Marketing, Inc. urge you to first establish the foundation, and continue building your culture from there.

White House Marketing Reminds You of Important Truths

No matter what else is going on in your professional or personal life, we at White House Marketing want to remind you that there are some truths about which you should remain cognizant. We forget some things too easily when we’re wrapped up in a stressful project or preoccupied with distractions, and our team would like to suggest remembering these things:

Being Busy Isn’t Necessarily Good: Many people equate busyness with productivity, but that just isn’t the case. If you want to be successful, you must focus when it really matters and man-age your time efficiently. Running around and juggling multiple tasks at once isn’t a recipe for achieving optimal results.

Failure Often Leads to Success: At White House Marketing, we believe that you have to em-brace failure before you experience true success. Your biggest breakthrough ideas tend to come along when you’re most frustrated, so do everything possible to learn from mistakes.

You Can’t Be Afraid to Take Risks: You will end up regretting the chances you don’t take much more than you do your failures. Don’t let fear leave you with a long list of regrets – take well-informed risks and aim high.

Change Is Inevitable: Circumstances are always bound to change, so you might as well em-brace it. This is something you must remember when things are going well, which will help you appreciate and enjoy your success.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed by your responsibilities or disheartened by failure, we at White House Marketing encourage you to remember these simple truths.
